The JCI Senate Belgium Ambassadors Program connects experienced JCI Senators with active JCI local chapters to provide mentorship, support, and continuity, helping young members grow and ensuring the organization's values and spirit are passed down, with ambassadors offering advice, financial/organizational help, and promoting positive impact.
Responsibilities of the ambassadors:
Being the liaison between the LOM and the local senators
Being the liaison between the local senators and JCI Senate Belgium
Supporting the JCI LOM when needed
Communicating useful senate-information to the LOM:

A project where JCI Senators give a short interview and answer questions. The goal is to create an archive with this type of timeless video's that can be shared with youngsters that are more in depth curious on what JCI is, what JCI can mean for them by discovering what it has meant for JCI Senators. Also in 2026 we'll see to find a way to record some more of these video's.

What is mentoring?
“Mentoring is a learning relationship, involving the sharing of skills, knowledge, and expertise between a mentor and mentee through developmental conversations, experience sharing, and role modelling.”
Goals of the ASE mentoring program:
To improve synergy among senators in Europe by enhancing trusting and collaborative relationship between us.
To create an environment for sharing experience, skills and knowledge among senators.
To support the advancement of more engaged, active, caring and collaborative culture in JCI.
To help to senators develop mentoring skills so that they can use in their personal and professional lives, and also when needed to provide mentoring support to JCI members.
Trainers & coordinators
Support for the program design and the accredited training was provided by RK Academy (Dr. Riza Kadilar, JCI senator #59038 and EMCC world president.
The program is coordinated by Laia Urdí #73564.
The program is following ISMCP (International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Programs) Guidelines by (www.emccglobal.org), and includes an accredited tranining on mentoring.
The Wild Rover is a Senate version of The Grand Slam that we all remember from when we were still active JCI member. It's been inspired by Christof Wirtz #71312 and made into a real program by Peter Browning #49104 back in 2023. Every JCI Senator in JCI Belgium can apply.
The program runs from European Conferece to European Conference.
It encourages JCI Senators to experience various cultures and to step outside their comfort zones, it fosters international engagement and it reinforces Senate fellowship and spirit.
The 2025/26 Wild Rovers will receive their unique pin and certificate at the European Conference in Malaga.
